Coronado Apartment(s)
I have a home and 2 apartments (casitas) available on my property in Coronado -- each of the three may be booked separately, or in combination if you require more than one. It is a private property with lovely big garden bursting with bougainvillea and other beautiful flowers, palms and herbs. New swimming pool, hammocks, ping-pong table, darts, board games and high speed wireless Internet. A cell phone is provided for your use in each of the apartments.
In the evening, the garden is romantically lit and coloured lights shine from the palms. It's very quiet and relaxing -- and it's lovely waking to the sounds of Coronado birds chirping! We enjoy humming birds, butterflies and have 2 entertaining parrots on property. Beautiful views of Panama's sunrises AND sunsets.
The hotel/golf course is an easy walk (3 blocks) and the beach is only about 3 blocks away.
The Caretakers live on-site (in a separate apartment) -- additional cleaning and/or laundry may be arranged for extra cost/tip.

Coronado Area
This property is centrally located as well as very homey (we have a parrot and 2 small birds to entertain you as well!). It is a great base for discovering the area -- only 10 minutes by car from Coronado to the entrance of El Valle (a beautiful mountain town), and many other beach areas and local flavour.
Coronado has an Equestrian Center, tennis courts, an EL REY (large grocery store -- open 24 hours) and some great restaurants as well as hardware stores and a Vet. The new medical clinic will be completed in 2009. It is a gated community, very safe and very friendly -- a special place where Panamanians and expats come together and enjoy life.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
First two nights deposit due at booking time. If reservation is cancelled, this deposit is nonrefundable. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior. If reservation is cancelled within this 60 days, first 2 nights are nonrefundable and the remaining will be credited based on the rebooking of the suite.
Deposits are subject to nominal bank wire fees.
Note: For longer stays and high season bookings (Christmas to March), this policy will be adjusted to a larger deposit at booking time. The rest of the policy remains the same.
