Bella Vista is located just behind Panama´s scenic Avenida Balboa which runs along the Bay of Panama from the Historic District of Casco Viejo to the famous skyline of Paitilla.
Bella Vista is very conveniently located and within walking distance of the Miramar Hotel, the Panama Yacht Club, various restaurants, bars, discotecs, and the MultiCentro Shopping Mall.
Its neighbouring districts are Marbella, the Banking District and Avenida Balboa where you will find a host of international restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, nightclubs, parks, and the famous Amador Causeway Malecon (waterfront promenade) all just a few minutes away. Minutes from the Bridge of Americas and well located between downtown Panama and the Reverted Areas... access between the two is usually very quick and hassle free.
Bella Vista was once comprised mostly of Spanish Colonial homes typical to the older towns and areas of Panama, but in recent years has become an area of high growth. Many of these colonial homes are being replaced with ultra modern apartment condos, which boast very beautiful views of the Bay of Panama, Panama City Skyline, Historic District of Casco Viejo, and the Amador Causeway and Panama Canal.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
First two nights deposit due at booking time. If reservation is cancelled, this deposit is nonrefundable. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior. If reservation is cancelled within this 60 days, first 2 nights are nonrefundable and the remaining will be credited based on the rebooking of the suite.
Deposits are subject to nominal bank wire fees.
Note: For longer stays and high season bookings (Christmas to March), this policy will be adjusted to a larger deposit at booking time. The rest of the policy remains the same.
